Funnily enough,on Saturday I was in a Somerfield Supermarket, and I heard a child say What`s this for Mummy? When I looked it was a hobby horse! I did not look closely at it ,so I can not tell you what the quality was like or even how much it was. I doubt it would have been of the quality you want, but I just thought it a coincidence !

Do you mean a traditional wooden rocking horse or an old fashioned ‘Broom Stick’ like horse? You can get the old fashioned wooden rocking horse but they are very, very expensive. Somewhere between £300 and £800 !!! I knew of a company, The Kensington Rokcing Horse Company, in Cornwall that made/makes them.
If you want a broom stick type I think it may be easier to make it. There used to be a UK company that imported them but they went bust about 9 months ago.
